Mountainside House with a View

View all 16 Photos

Realized by Kidosaki Architects Studio in Nagano, Japan, this home is built into the cliffside, from where it juts out and takes in the view of the surrounding mountains. The minimalist design makes use of cool neutral colors and plain, clean materials such as wood and glass. With windows on all sides, the house places emphasis on the natural world beyond it.
