Tintaldra Cabin

View all 7 Photos

This quaint little cabin looks to the mountains from its location on the southern banks of the Murray River in Victoria, Australia. Created by Modscape, a firm which specializes in sustainable, prefabricated structures, this house is designed to remain incognito in the Australian countryside. From the road it appears to be a small service shed, and that is just what the owner—who spends large amounts of his time overseas—is looking for. The dwelling holds a master bedroom, bath, and an open dining, living, and kitchen area; all while remaining self sufficient due to solar pannels and rainwater tanks.
