Danish brand AIAIAI specializes in high-end audio products that are as beautiful as they are powerful, high-quality and innovative. So this might sound unsurprising, but we’re fans. We’ve previously wrote about the brand’s modular headphones, including the limited-edition run in collaboration with Deviation, and the HD wireless version. With the new UNIT-4 studio monitors, AIAIAI brings portability and wireless technology to professional-grade speakers. These studio monitors have a bespoke acoustic build to deliver a deep, full bass, and feature a two-way active design with a 4-inch woofer and a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter.
On top of their audio quality, these speakers are also conveniently wireless and portable. They weigh 2.5 kg or around 5.5 lbs, and offer up to 20 hours of battery playback. The W+ Link technology ensures ultra-low latency for stable connections, whether indoors or outdoors. Developed in a collaboration with design agency Panter&Tourron, the AIAIAI UNIT-4 studio monitors are a testament to the enduring style of contemporary Danish design.
Inspired by Scandinavian design principles, the speakers boast a minimalist, clean aesthetic to look fantastic anywhere, for years to come. On that note, the UNIT-4s have a sustainable design to allow users to easily open the cases and then upgrade or replace a wide range of components, including driver units, wireless technology and battery. Plus, each speaker’s main components are made from 100% recycled, post-consumer plastics.
