The owner of this custom Yamaha XV750 knew exactly what his ideal bike should look like. And he also knew that only a talented and creative team could bring his design to life. Enter Moto Adonis, a custom motorcycle workshop we’ve previously wrote about here. For this project, the Dutch workshop pulled out all the stops. First, the team removed the front end of the bike and replaced it with a 2012 Yamaha YZF-R1. Other additions include the front fork, brake system and a new front wheel.

After placing the engine at the desired height, the workshop installed a new Benelli tank before remaking the subframe. Custom details include a new saddle, which now fits perfectly against the tank. The seat also features an integrated LED strip light. The handmade exhaust system adds the perfect focal point to the build, snaking its way around the engine and ending with a GP muffler. In terms of colors, the palette features gray steel and black, both allowing the golden tone of the exhaust to shine through. Photographs© Mark Meisner.
