Mijenta Tequila Blanco

View all 7 Photos

Pure blanco tequila made with premium quality ingredients according to ancient methods.

Mijenta makes artisanal tequila in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, in small batches using traditional processes and the best ingredients. Award-winning Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero always puts the focus on quality, whether it’s the choice of agave plants, the precise cutting of the plants before cooking, or the calibration of the distillation stage. As a result, Mijenta tequila has a distinctive flavor profile. The brand also enhances the aromatic palette by offering the tequila unfiltered. Handmade and numbered, each bottle of Mijenta tequila celebrates traditional methods as well as environmental sustainability.

Mijenta Tequila Blanco pays homage to the craftspeople and jimandores who have perfected their artisan skills since ancient times. Inspired by this cultural heritage, Mijenta Blanco offers fully mature and certified Blue Weber Agave in its purest form. The tequila is bright and transparent but has a deep, powerful body with a range of aromatic notes. Holding a glass in your hand, you’d be able to smell cooked agave with hints of vanilla and caramel as well as fruity notes of peaches and cantaloupe. Taking a sip reveals the same flavor profile, but enriched with honey, cinnamon, and spices. Perfect for sharing with friends using some creative tumblers, the Mijenta Tequila Blanco comes in 750 ml bottles. The packaging and label design also stand out with a gorgeous illustration that celebrates the beauty of the Jalisco landscape. Photographs© Mijenta.
