Looking like a black oversized bee hive, the Polyhedron Habitable is a small structure created to escape the stresses of the world to enter into a haven of peace. Manuel Villa designed this space for a family to take in the cozy surroundings around them and have some quiet bonding time together in Bogota, Columbia. This truncated cubic octahedron or polyhedron is a inhabitable space with little windows on the sides and on the top to let in a daily dose of light and air circulation. This is the perfect atmosphere to take in the serenity of nature while also embracing the simple moments of spending time with loved ones.
