Designed with an organic form and built with premium parts that ensure excellent audio quality, the Transparent Acoustic Sculpture speaker looks and sounds like a work of art.
Featuring an asymmetric, organic form, the Transparent Acoustic Sculpture brings an artistic quality to the music listening experience. The design is a far cry from the “boring” rectangular speakers of the past; indeed, this Acoustic Sculpture looks like a work of art that also produces high-quality audio. Created and hand-sculpted by Transparent founder Per Brickstad, the speaker draws inspiration from the curved lines of a human ear, paying homage to the optimized shapes that allows us to experience sound.
3D cast and sprayed in jesmonite, a water-based, mineral acrylic composite, the Transparent Acoustic Sculpture speaker boasts a beautiful texture. The white and the black color options highlight the tactile surface, but in different ways.
As for audio quality, this special edition speaker offers the same level of sound performance as the brand’s permanent collection. It comes with premium quality components, including two full-range drivers and a built-in Class D amplifier. Additionally, the shape of the speaker maximizes the path of the soundwaves from the drivers to deliver a clear and punchy sound.
The Transparent Acoustic Sculpture speaker is wireless and comes with a Bluetooth 5.0 connection and True Wireless for dual speaker audio streaming. A separate Wi-Fi module allows users to link more than two speakers with ease. Finally, this speaker is eco-friendly and designed with future repairs in mind. The modular design provides a convenient way to extend the lifetime of the Acoustic Sculpture with repairs or upgrades and thus minimize its carbon footprint. Photography© Transparent.
