The Withings Activité Smart Watch blends the style and function of a classic timepiece with a contemporary health program. Integrating one’s workout and movement throughout the day, the wristwatch monitors steps, distance, and calories for walking, running, and swimming. Activité visualizes one’s progress both on the analog dial and on the Health Mate app, available for iPhone.
The wellness device and app also track the time and quality of sleep and provide an alarm to help jumpstart the morning. The alarm time can be checked on the watch with a double-tap of the responsive glass, and the time automatically resets for daylight savings time and changes in time zone.
