State-of-the-art earphones that offer excellent audio quality in an elegant design.

Choosing headphones or earphones is generally a personal preference, but in some cases an in-ear design is simply more convenient. Thankfully, with the popularity of AirPods, finding a great product that offers fantastic sound quality is easier than ever before. Introduced by Panasonic’s audio brand Technics at CES 2020, the wireless EAH-AZ70W earphones take the music listening experience to a new level. Made for audiophiles who also appreciate contemporary design, the earphones are both high-end and elegant. They feature a rounded shape and a slightly larger size than standard in-ear headphones. They’re also lightweight and designed to fit comfortably and provide a great level of noise insulation. A splash-proof rating means that you’ll be able to take them to work even on rainy days. The black or silver options with matching charging cases add a stylish touch to the design.

In terms of audio quality, the Technics EAH-AZ70W wireless earphones shine with a patent pending system that enhances the bass as well as the treble detail. Reaching industry leading levels in the true wireless category, the dual hybrid noise-canceling technology reduces both exterior noise and in-ear noise. Alternatively, the user can turn down the music and enhance the surrounding sounds with the ambient sound mode. Other features include a touch sensor and a high-quality mic as well as compatibility with voice assistants. Finally, the 5.1 Bluetooth connectivity with separate signaling for each earphone ensures a more stable connection. A dedicated app also provides a range of customization options. Available from June 2020, the Technics EAH-AZ70W wireless earphones cost $249. Photography© Technics.
