Iconic Krobo Bench Remade with New Accessories

View all 6 Photos

Originally designed in 1960 by Torbjørn Afdal, the Krobo bench has been remade by Fjordfiesta Furniture and Utopia Retro Modern. The iconic furnishing is a minimalist wooden seat with a mix of sharp angles and rounded edges. Its latest incarnation is available in two lengths, two heights, and one’s choice of oak or walnut wood. For ultimate customization, one can accessorize Krobo with boxes, drawers, and pillows designed to fit the classic bench. The new components add color and versatility to the otherwise spartan Norwegian design.
